To work closely with the Somaliland-Mission in DC to bring together the Somaliland-American community.
To host annual or semi-annual events to stimulate and foster breakthrough ideas.
To initiate and support self sustaining projects in Somaliland.
To promote Somaliland’s long history and its right to self-determination.
To display the distinct cultural heritage of Somaliland.

Why Now?

The lack of cohesive actions amongst the Somaliland-American community.
The lack of communication amongst Somaliland-Americans that are spread across all regions of the US.
The lack of committed intellectuals to advance Somaliland's vision.
The lack of a dynamic and organic organization that can stimulate ideas.
The lack of organizations that foster mentorship, career-advice and networking amongst the Somaliland-American community.
